Fiesta NIOSA 2008

This was my last hoorah before the baby arrives, my last official fun outing. What can I say? NIOSA was great, but definitely not the same since I was sober. Once again I'm disappointed in the NIOSA cup design. It's so blah. Makes me wonder who they get to create it. Years ago they had some really great cups, but not so much for the past couple of years. Also, the cost to get in has gone up to like $10, $12 at the gate, which I'm thinking is pretty pricy. Luckily Ashley scored free tickets from her uncle. However, looking around at some of the folks really got me wondering how they could afford to get in. It didn't seem like they could afford a ticket, much less a $4 cup of beer. Maybe they won money thru a radio contest, who knows.

Anyway, here's a couple of photos to capture our night. Notice I got my annual take-a-picture-with-a-cop photo taken. Yep, the tradition lives on.
